DLC CHECK VALVES

WLC CHECK VALVES
Features: Silent, spring-assisted water check valve designed to be mounted between flanges. This water deisgn provides a very economical valve with a short face-to-face dimension.
Materials: Cast iron, carbon steel and 316 stainless steel complete
Sizes: 1" to 10"
Pressure Ratings: ANSI Class 125/250 (cast iron) and Class 150 through 1500 (steel)


SCV CHECK VALVES
Features: Completely self-contained, spring-assisted check valve. Available with threaded (NPT) or socket-weld ends.
Materials: 316 stainless steel
Sizes: 1/2" to 3"
Pressure Ratings: 750 CWP (500 WSP) to 3600 CWP


EXCALIBUR CHECK VALVES
Features: The spring-assisted, center-guided, flanged design protects piping and equipment from potential damage caused by "water hammer". Also features standard ANSI face-to-face dimensions. Available with flanged or butt weld ends. If a compact body is required, as for the Durabla GLC.
Materials: Carbon steel, 316 stainless steel and other alloys
Sizes: 2" though 24"
Pressure Ratings: ANSI Class 150 through 1500 and API 5000


BASIC-CHECK VALVES
Features: An extremely versatile, multi-positional, threaded check valve and vacuum breaker. With the spring-assisted design, it can be mounted in virtually any orientation in almost any standard pipe fitting to make a complete unit. Standard construction includes a lapped disc and seat for positive closure (o-ring seal also available).
Materials: Stainless steel and 316 stainless steel complete
Sizes: 1/4" though 2-1/2" NPT
Pressure Ratings: 450 psi to 6000 psi (depending on size and materials)


PDC COMPRESSOR CHECK VALVES
Features: Speciall designed for use on discharge side of reciprocating air or gas compressors. Includes a pulse-damping chamber to protect against premature seat wear. The spring-assisted design also helps insure positive shut-off. The PDC has standard ANSI face-to-face dimensions. Available with flanged ends.
Materials: Carbon steel with 316 trim and 316 stainless steel complete
Sizes: 2" though 12" NPT
Pressure Ratings: ANSI Class 150 through Class 1500 and API 5000
